I compared both pdfs:
There is differences in the text. It is impossible to know which one is newer or the current version of the pattern.
This one a bit worse because there is no OCR. The "old" in site is better, you can select text.
This pdf creation date: 2024-02-15 (Microsoft: Print To PDF)
Old thread pdf's date: 2023-07-12 (Adobe InDesign)
