New patterns will not show, and there are new patterns allready

What do you mean? When you go to the section with new patterns, what do you see? Do you click to show the new ones?
The ones in your screenshots appear normally in their respective sections. Always make sure to select to show the new ones first!

If the patterns are just posted but not being approved yet by the mods, you can't see them.
