Because members have to pay an extra tax to download each file, here is how I look at a thread with multiple pdfs. I ask myself some questions:
Are these files sold together as a bundle? Is the attached image for a bundle? Is this for a bounty that is specifically requesting the entire bundle? Are all the included pdfs sold individually or only in this specific bundle?
Also, if there are several pdf's, and the seller does not set a fee for downloading any of the pdf's, then putting them all in a single RAR file helps the buyers not have to pay so many site taxes.
So ask yourself, did the lookbook come with the pattern when purchased? Is the lookbook available separately from the designer? Is it free from the designer? You've already admitted to trying to make more money off of this thread by charging for both items separately. Threads containing only lookbooks get removed from the site, so lookbooks are not really a chargeable item as Pitussa said.
Also, the mod may have put both pdf's in a RAR file, and set the fee for the total amount you were charging 180. The site will readjust the price to 150 because you are only a Level 0 right now.
This is just one way of looking at it. Other members, the site, and other moderators may look at it differently.
