Gress is a tee and tank with bands of garter and simple lace. It can be knit at a DK or a fingering weight gauge, making it a hugely versatile pattern.
Gress is knit from the top down. The back panel is worked first, then the fronts and it’s joined in the round and the body is worked. If working the tank, the arms are finished with ribbed cuffs. The tee is knit with set-in sleeves that are shaped with short rows.
