VIP and highest price

Hi, I have a question for the admin.Is it possible for the DIY 1 account to set the highest price of 333 for the pattern they upload?I think I just realized this.And is it because they registered as VIP that they can do this?

Yes, when you become a vip you can put the highest price on your pattern.
Even when you have level 1.
You also get the task reward for level 10 i think.

I just tried it.
But still i can't put the highest price on my pattern
I already join the VIP though

Is there anything I should do beforehand?
