Well, the permission is only can be set, if youve reached level 1.
Thats why I tried so hard to reached it ^^.

nah, when i set read permission, its default to 10 GC.. hic... and we dont earn the download cost, right?

Yaps.
It happened to me before, when I was in level 0.
But after you get your first level, you can add your price, but again...
your attachment will be set to 1, even you have set it for 2 or else.
I think the permission is granted to us, if we have reached a higher level. :)
(Correct me if Im wrong)
