How are you all, I hope you are all well.

I had to have a small operation on my kidney, the procedure went really well, but sadly its took a while to recover and progress as been slow.
Ive been spending my time reading, gentle walks and drinking water!
Lots of water.
I am glad I can sit in my chair once again. I wish I could have sew in my recovery but I could not get comfortable enough and the painkillers make me feel drunk and stupid hahaha.
I am now well enough to do moderate things, not too much work just take it gentle until I gain strength and the pain dulls.

How are you all? Any tales to tell, anything good happened in your life you wish to share. I hope there has been no sorrow
