I liked the vibrant colors of this one! But I think the white canvas wasn't the best choice for such an overall dark pattern. There were more white spots between stitches than I would've liked. Washing work helped a little, but still.

I see what you mean about the light spots showing through. What a shame after all your hard work. It's still beautiful though.
