You are not doing anything wrong. The moderator guidelines for crochet say to let the site software place the attachments and images into the description area. Other areas do not necessarily do this. If you or the moderator deliberately place the images or attachments into the description area, the result is a thread that displays like your 1st image above (the Making Designer Bead and Wire image).

how do you see the payment logs then? Can they fix?
