Oh no, I really didnt mean it like that at all.

I meant that I downloaded the fixed version but still it is incomplete, it shows you how to do the top three parts but nothing else.

How can I give you back your coins my dear?

If you have downloaded all three files, then you have to select all three files and unzip them together. I downloaded the files from comment #8. When I unzipped just one file, it shows 11 pages. When I unzip all files together, it shows all pages.

If you have deleted the zip files, you should be able to go to your notices area and find a link to re-download for free.

Dont worry about the coins. I have coins to spare. :)

I did unzip it correctly and have the right amount of files, but it isnt the complete book =(.

Did you download it or scan it yourself?

It is my own scan and I just compared them to the actual book.  There are 27 pages plus the cover. The file numbers will not match up, but if you open each picture, you should see the page numbers at the bottom. Again, I am using the file that I got from my download in comment # 8 so I am pretty sure it is complete.

If you are still missing something, please let me know which page number.
