If the pattern was released with SAGA by the designer, it should have a PDF version available as well. As far as I know, there isn't a way to directly convert SAGA to PDF (yet). It's my understanding that SAGA file was made as a way for designers to distribute their pattern without a risk of someone copying and editing the pattern itself, or reconverting it to resell it.
So basically, my advice:
1. If it's a pattern you purchased, ask the designer. Most modern software can easily generate PDF of the pattern, including for pattern keeper.
2. If you obtained the file here, search for the 'scanned' version (usually JPG or PDF)
3. If you can't find it anywhere, post a bounty.
4. You could also manually repaint it using pattern maker or winstitch, and then export as PDF that way.
Best of luck.
