Language settings

I have somehow managed to change my language settings from English to what appears to be Arabic on the device I usually use . No idea how. Can anyone advise me how to change it back? I have looked but cannot work it out

Thank you! I knew it was going to be something obvious that I just couldn't see!
Now fixed, I obviously bumped a flag. You're a lifesaver!
