I have downloaded the file and found no error.
May I ask what error do you have?
Is it because the zip file cannot be extracted or because the file extracted cannot be open?

My Error is...
Error Code -1 opening C:￦User￦user￦Downloads￦G33.pat
... Not all but most of downloaded in this sites pat files are same error ( ioi)

Oh I see....
To open the .pat file, you must use PCStitch software. ^^
Maybe the software havent been installed in your PC.
