what did you use to make the grid on the material? I am hoping to start this design very soon and wo ...

I used water erasable pen to make the grid :-)

thank you the answer to my question. I am going to have to try the water erasable pen. think this design would be much easier with a grid on the fabric. again your finished work is beautiful, hope I am so lucky :)
