No longer able to rate downloads

Sorry but this is rubbish.  I always rate if I download to say thank you and so I can spot easily if I've downloaded/commented.  Now I can't rate and to add annoyance the error codes are all in Chinese.

I also don’t think it’s great that all error messages are in Chinese. Unfortunately, I can’t make anything of it.

I'm having the same issues. I hope this is a bug due to the recent update and it will be fixed. I tried to change the language and was met with a 404 error page. I would also like to rate patterns too.
