Downloads not working

Hello,

I have used Pindiy in the past and have never had an issue but yesterday when I tried to dowload two pdfs it lead me to a blank page that says credits_policy_lowerlimit_fid [ PinDIY.com Home ] . What can I do about this? I would really like to get those two patterns.

Hi, i see you have only 21 pin left in your account.
So that's not enough to download a pattern.
You need around 400 pin in average to buy a pattern. ( Download cost 30 pin plus cost of the pattern up to 330 pin, according to how much the user put as price on the pattern.)

Hello,
i had 300 pin but I spent it on the patterns that cost 150 pins each. After buying I couldn’t download them.

Sadly they're not there since I couldn't download them in the first place. I have the credit logs when I bought them but can't do anything more. I will try to buy one again now
