I can't afford to buy now, it is so expensive and so hard to get coins

The coin prices have risen over the last year. It is very sad. I remember many patterns being 5, 10, or 20 coins,

La mayoría de esquemas ahora valen el doble, aún así tengo paciencia y trato de comprarlos

Unfortunately a lot of people are being greedy and asking 150, 200 and even more for charts etc.  I bet they are the same people who are happy to get charts that just costs the download fee and nothing extra.  When I add new charts I ask a modest 30 for them.

It isn't that hard to get coins, don't forget to comment of what people have uploaded and you can even comment in the Bounty section or when people show things that they have stitched, knitted etc.  Also you can get your hourly bonuses.

Making a post in the forums or threads only gains 10 pins and frankly, the amount of 'thanks for sharing' replies just clutter up the threads instead of talking about the pattern, any tips, etc.

The threads could be genuinely useful if not for the flood of repetitive replies just for the points. Incredibly annoying when you post a bounty and get a dozen 'thanks for sharing!' replies...I haven't shared anything! I'm looking!

Clearly this is the most accessible way of earning pins for forum users but I don't think it enhances the forum experience. Maybe we should prioritise posting responses on the diaries to encourage actual engagement?

I generally don't post unless I have something to say or add to a topic. I'll say thanks for sharing if I actually download a pattern however.

Just a few thoughts...
