Thank you for the information, but I see many many charts that do not even have half the information you request (e.g. some just say "heart" or "sampler"). I followed the convention I see most frequently which is designer and pattern name. I rarely see pattern numbers. I cannot get to the link you have provided above, it says I do not have access. (On your example, when I do a search for "Peggy" or "Indigo Rose" there is no chart named Peggy. I also get 0 results for KS 155 or Catherine Strickler. I do not find any other chart named "Lilacs and Amethysts "either so I am very confused about what you are trying to tell me.) Ill try to do a better job with titles but my title was no worse than thousands of others here.
