password is wrong and it wont open the file.  I copied and pasted exactly the password you provided.
Could you please provide the correct password.

sorry It was only a problem with the password.  I thought all was the password not just the second part of it.  Ive said the same to lilfox.  Sorry again.  Now it works

I feel SO stupid....lol
It does work. The only problem was that I had a blonde moment.
The password has in front of it: PW - and I used that as part of the password ...DOH

My fault. So sorry.
