Hello, Im fairly new here.  I found this pattern and wanted to download it.  It says only specified members are allowed too.  Im not sure what that means?  My sister died in 2001 from cancer she was 28 and she loved fairies.  She left 2 little girls and a son behind.  I have been wanting to do this as a remembrance for her daughters and her son.  Is there something I need to do to be able to purchase it?  Thank you so much for any help you may be able to give me to know.
