OOE 57120 Polar bears

Hi,
I have tried to download this pattern so many times.have put an xsd reader and PM4 reader on my computer and still no luck.I would
like to be able to stitch this pattern for my quilt.
I also paid 300 points to become VIP for 3 days and still didnt work.
Can you put it on for a normal download for the day.i dont mind paying you 99 or 200 or whatever for it
HELP!!!!!
I have written to the admin 2 days ago but no reply as yet.Ellen
