I believe they are all Australian Natives, they are supposed to be easy to grow (I kill them with kindness) little water and hot sunny days.

I had an Anthurium once (I know them as Painters pallet).  I was so proud of keeping it looking good.  A Sri Lankan visitor said that they grew there on the roadside as weeds. Ho hum.

That is the thing with plants.  I was surprised when we arrived in Australia to see plants growing out in the garden, which back home in England were strictly indoor plants.  I always wanted a pampas grass in England, now I have a lovely pink tinged one in the garden and told you need to get that dug out it is a weed
