I do not speak your language but I hope I can help.
A scanned chart is a copy of the original chart. A repaint has been redone in a special pattern programme. I like repaints because it is always perfect resolution and I can decide myself how many pages I want the chart printed on. As I dont see so good I can make them a bit bigger :)
