Hi, Ill help if I can :)  This chart for example is a repaint chart. You need a program called PatterMaker from Hobbyware to open it. They have a free patternmaker viewer to download from their site. Others that are in .rar or .zip formats is oftenly just jpg files so they shouldnt be any problem to open.  When you download a chart you oftenly has to hit the button twice. First to pay the uploader and the second one to pay the site, on repaint patterns this site takes G199. If it wont download for you, try to hit the ctrl button at the same time as you click on the file. Hope this can help you a bit.
