Hi, Page 40 and 41 is missing from this post.  These pages contain two more patterns for the Hallowe ...

I am SO sorry. I will try to fix this immediately. It seems that I cannot edit my post. Or I am having a blonde moment (again)
I will contact a moderator and  ask how I can add the missing pages.
