Vervaco conversion list

Vervaco charts are simply wonderful. But they have a trouble, they dont contain dmc conversion list, so we can find some charts on the web but we cant stitch them because we dont know what threads to use!
Here I made a list of conversion using the ones I found on charts, written by hand, so it could contain mistakes! I hope to expand it and correct it with your help, hoping you could find it useful :)
I used the french nomenclature, because it seemed to me more professional :lol

Nice work, but english is more universal language.
Sometime in future I will converse colours from my Vervaco to DMC and write it here. But I have no time for it now.
