Ouh.. I dont know if its modified or the original design of Dimensions. The one I requested is quite similar to Janlynn, but they are absolutely not the same. Janlynns is stamped (I think the words are not xs) and have no border.
The one you posted, what is the number and the name of the design? Its pretty. Ive never seen it before.

i dont know the number.
i just search it using "dimensions love is patient" by google.
and i found "Dimensions Love Is Patient Stmpd X-Stitch Kit".
i hope it can help.
