Im going to have to try to make some this way. I like the look of them. I usually make mine with the lever back earing findings. I can use them as earings or stitch markers. The neat thing about the lever back findings is that they are removable if you knit them in.
Oh, making your own stitch markers for knitting? What a fun little project—and way cheaper than buying those fancy store-bought ones! You can grab some leftover beads and a bit of thin wire or sturdy thread. Just thread a bead onto the wire, twist it closed to make a little loop, and voilà—you’ve got a perfectly charming stitch marker ready to keep your place. If you’re feeling extra crafty, you can use small safety pins or even little loops of scrap yarn tied with a knot. The best part? You can customize them with your favorite colors or charms, so they’re as unique as your knitting projects. Plus, it’s a great excuse to play with your jewelry-making supplies!
this obviously doesnt look as great but depending on your needle size you can just use soda tabs! ive done that a lot of times when i was knitting on planes and couldnt grab my good stitch markers
