Uploading Pics

Is anyone else having problems uploading pics?  I have been trying for the past 3-4 days to upload some pics and it just won't accept them. They are all JPGs. It just says it is uploading but nothing happens.

I've just been replying to posts and none of them have pictures. No one will download something they can't see. Whch is the comment I made but others are saying the thanks for sharing and very nice even though they can't see a photo. I was trying to find the report button but couldn't find it.

There is "advance mode" button for any reply button



When you clicked advance mode button you can see picture upload button
