Uploading Pics

Is anyone else having problems uploading pics? I have been trying for the past 3-4 days to upload some pics and it just wont accept them. They are all JPGs. It just says it is uploading but nothing happens.

Ive just been replying to posts and none of them have pictures. No one will download something they cant see. Whch is the comment I made but others are saying the thanks for sharing and very nice even though they cant see a photo. I was trying to find the report button but couldnt find it.

There is "advance mode" button for any reply button

When you clicked advance mode button you can see picture upload button
