What are your favorite scissors? I know a lot of people collect them- do you? Do you hav some that are sentimental favorites?

My favorite to use are the tiny 2 1/2 inch scissors from Premax. My sentimental favorites are a pair of silver Clavelles stork scissors I bought in Athens, Greece.

I have a pair of stork scissors that were really cheap......... they have stayed sharp and pointed no matter how many times they have been dropped......... my other more expensive ones with the marble look handles......... have dulled and "sprung" with being dropped.   Not impressed!

I second that!  I love my little "lion-tail" handle Ginghers for stitching.  I also have large Gingher shears for cutting fabric - the best!! I guard them carefully and never let anyone else in the house touch them. :)

I would like to try a pair of Sajou scissors - I love the ones that look like the Eiffel tower.
