This is the first time I have worked with a lot of beads. I love the designs for Lavender & Lace by Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum. I decided since summer was coming (I began in spring) that this one would be the best choice. It took longer than I expected but I love how it turned out. It will eventually be framed and sent to its new owner -- if I dont decide to keep it for myself.
I have all the L&L Celtic seasons and Christmas and all the materials, but now I have to find the time to make them all.
There are hundreds of beads and I suggest adding a second packet of the beads for the skirt. One is not enough. The gold designs are done with Rainbow Petite Treasure Braid, gold.
