How to reply to a post so that the one you want to talk to get a notification?
If you are replying to the author of the thread, (Weezie is the author of this thread, she occupies post #1), you can just type at the reply area at the bottom of the page. By doing so, the author of the thread will receive a notice inviting her to come back to see what you want to say to her.
If you are replying to the a person (may or may not be the author of the thread) who have posted in a thread, you must press the reply button or comment button at the bottom of her post. By doing so, that person will receive a notice inviting her to come back to see what you want to say to her. Use comment if you are going to write a few words only. Both comment and reply can earn 1 gold coin and accumumlate 0.1 point (money or credit).
