This is a Tasmanian Masked Owl, its an endangered species of owl related to the barn owl and it lives in the place I call home.

He is DMC on linen from Jill Oxford (Tasmanian Masked Owl).

I hope he looks nice because I had a minor mental break in the middle where I tried to frog it all because I thought it was wrong XDD I wasnt.

I hope you like it. I also hope that the picture came out- it looks a bit distorted from what I can see...

Thank you very much! I hope to get him framed soon- I want to get him framed in Tasmanian wood- hopefully Huon Pine because it has such a nice warm honeyish colour. Until then he lives rolled up in a Super Safe Place.

You did a very beautiful job!

I hate that: thinking you made a mistake, taking out stitches, then realising you had it correct all along.  :(

He is absolutely beautiful!  You did an excellent job... I am so sorry you pulled stitches for no reason - I hate when that happens :(  Please repost him once he is framed would love to see what you choose :)
