We have lot of complaints about download failed...Our tech team working on define the problem still... Lot of people dont faced this problem ... We hope it will solve as soon as possible

Impossible for me too to download several files that I bought, I hope it will work again as soon as possible !
I have checked this post I can download and it works excellent for me ... Files are OK
Some users (unfortunatelly) faced with this problem, some users didnt ...We are trying define this problem but our tech team working on it still.... We hope it will fix as soon as possible
