Hello, I have already reported my problem via the report-button in the thread, but received no response.
I have been trying several times (even at different times) to download the following instructions for several days:

The download starts very slowly each time and then stops. :(
Each time the file is only 140 kb in size and incomplete. I do not feel like trying any further.
Can I get the 30 Coins back, please?

We have some technical issues on our site last 5-6 days... Some users faced with "download failed " error like you. But our tech team defined the problem and they working on it... It will fix as soon as possible.

can not download, writes - the download failed
download 20% of 100% and download stops
for example,  ...

unfortunately the same problem , about 4-5 days (or more) .I am new here. I download without problem 2-3 days only :(   I download the pdf file on my Pc, but I can not open it.  
I thought my Pc, or my internet is wrong, but else pdf file can I download.  And the pindiy is very slowly ever since 4-5 days. I wait a lot of time of loading.  hope you can fix the problem because the site is very good.  (
I hope I understand what I wrote because I can not speak English)
