Hi, Turquoise, and thank you for taking time to reply about this.
I read all of the messages, both hers and yours, before I replied to her. You are of course correct, there can be several issues here. My answer to her was based on what I interpreted to be the problem, based on what she said in her answers to you. And I do of course realise that I could have interpreted something the wrong way, since the answers she gave you were not 100% clear. I tried to explain what I though was the problem/misunderstanding in my first reply to her.
One of the problems with being new here (or anywhere) is that if one is not already knowledgable, it is difficult to know exactly what the problem is, and it is difficult to explain something that one does not fully understand.
I agree, experience and understanding is needed, and it will come in time, Im sure :-) Many new members struggle at first, but most also learn when theyve been here for a while :-)
