The file attachment for this post http://www.pindiy.com/thread-244602-1-1.html is described as being a PDF file. I bought it but what appeared was "forum.php". I downloaded it and the "pdf" was strange  and unreadable. However l might be the one in error.  In which case I appologise. Maybe I must open it with a different application but I dont know which one.

Im sorry , theres smth wrong on my side.  I will post in "my problem" for help. Sorry for the report but all the files I downloaded were perfect until that one. Now its happening repeatedly.  Wonder what has gone wrong now, :(

I might have found the reason Im having problems. Maybe the name of the PDF file must be changed to work for me and perhaps other Samsung Galaxy Tab users. I have posted my observations in: my problem - Forum php file. Thanks

Yes, PDF files with \` iin their titles must be re named and re uploaded by the various moderators, or Samsung Galaxy users get a file with gibberish!
