I have had problems with pdf files with \\ in the title as I reported here

I would like to purchase the pattern, please change the title and re upload.  I had to pay twice the previous times I encountered this problem, and of course no refund!

I have had problems with pdf files with \\ in the titl ...

I reported the problem before and Beau changed the name of the file and re up loaded. I didnt have problems after that. I was offered these solutions previously
I have adobe PDFreader Iinstalled on my tablet
I have tried changing the name of the file
I have tried saving the files on my computer but I need an updated version of Adobe, but my computer isnt connected to Internet.
I know the problem is on my side but if you re upload the file without the \\ then I dont have problems on my computer or tablet. I will try purchasing the pattern at an Internet point. Unfortunately I just get gibberish on my tablet. Bleu said that the punctuation turns the file to amp, whatever that is. Thank you.
