How to Knit The Ploughed Acre Lace Stitch

this is a pattern repeat of 10 + 2
now this is my understanding of pattern repeats.
say you wantto do a total of 5 repeats
so i would cast on 50 st. + 2
so far this has worked for me

stitches to know how to do
knit = k purl = p yarn over = yo knit 2 together = k2tog slip slip knit = ssk

row 1: [WS] purl all stitches
row 2: k2 *Yo, k2tog, k4, ssk, yo, k2, repeat from *

repeat these 2 rows
