If you are knitting in the round using double pointed needles, put a stitchmarker where your round ends and and always knit the first stitch of the next needle into the previous needle before starting the next needle. This way you dont get ladders between stitches in the same place. It keeps shifting and isnt as prominent.

This happens in crocheting or knitting in the round because in reality you work in spirals, the first stitch of the next round is crushing the stitch below to go up to the next level  and it tends to show. I know some techniques in knitting to minimise this but unfortunately, I am not an experienced crocheter… Nevertheless I think you may find some videos searching for jogless crocheting in the round or no jog crocheting. I hope this helps !
