Hi, just joined. Never seen this place before. I am from Texas. I mostly crochet but do other crafts as well. So, how do you get coins around here? And why do i get charged twice to get a pattern?

You are not being charged twice. You are first paying for the pattern and then you are paying another 30 gold coins to download the pattern.
