Sorry! I dont think I properly explained what the problem is that Im having. I downloaded the fir ...
Ok, I understand your problem now! This very thing happened to me when I first tried to download my PM4. Its a common problem and theres a simple fix. Most computers have some type of zip program built in, but some dont. You need a small program such as 7-zip. I didnt see any here in the forum, but I got mine at 7zip website and clicked on the 2nd green download link. Once you have that downloaded, install it, open it, then close it and you should be able to go back to the PM4 downloads, right click on it and from the list that appears click on 7zip, then another list pops up and you want to click on extract files. Then do the same for the second file, but when the box pops up telling you it will create a second file, click on the arrow next to the file name and choose the 1st file destination. They will then be all in one folder and you can open it and install.
There is another type of zip program here in the forum and Im giving you the link but I dont use it so I dont know how simple it is to install. It sounds like a lot to do, but if you follow my instructions here, it shouldnt take anymore than 10 mins to have it all done. :)
here is the zip program offered here in the forum.
