How to upload patterns at the crochet forum (Updated)

Hi. I have a problem. since the way of loading patterns was changed, I could not do it anymore. Once I have selected the document that I want to upload, I do not see the blue button that says "upload file", so I could not load any pattern. What is the problem and how can I solve it?
