Purchasing downloads, but dont receive the download

Ive purchased three patterns tonight from the scanned patterns area that never gave me the download.  It took my coins, but I didnt get the pattern.  Ive had to "pay" for each of them twice, getting the download on the second try.  My purchases are even logged in the payment logs on the patterns.  :-(

You pay twice if the pattern has a price. One cost is 30 gold coin for the system. The second price would be for the person who up-loaded the pattern.
