How to contact a Moderator

Hello I bought a pattern and the 2nd half of it was corrupt. (I did redownload it and did try to repair the file, but that didnt work either.) There are 2 parts to it and the first part was fine.  I am level 0 and not allow to send pms and I am fairly new and still learning here. I dont see how or where do I try to get the 2nd half or a refund for part of the coins I paid.  Any help would be appreciated. Also, the poster should fix the download. Thank you :)

The files are not corrupt although the descriptions are wrong. The FOUR attachments labelled jpg version is actually the pdf version. The TWO attachments labelled pdf is actually the jpg version. They both work. The post should be fixed as soon as the moderator is notified.

Thanks for your reply, I tried the part2 version pdf.rar again, charged another 30 coin and still does not work, confused.  So, I need to download the 4 attachments? Im out 60 coins now.

Please download the four attachments and place them in a folder, then click on the first attachment only and you will get a complete pdf.  If you have downloaded them before, you can download them again for free if you click on iBooks (free) at the top of the page.

The post is correct now. Please download the two attachments and place them in a folder. I needed to rename them 1 and 2. Then click on the attachment 1 and you have the complete PDF file.
