downloaded a file

Good evening, I downloaded a file, which costs 70 coins, I paid. Clik the link to download and charge me more 199 coins. Why?? I do not get it. Can someone explain to me? Thank you

It seems youve downloaded from the Recycle Bin. That would be the only place in where one is charged 199 coins for a file that is not a cross stitch repaint file.

If you look at the screen shot youve posted, it states that the download cost is 199 coins.

Im sorry this happened to you. We all have to be extra careful, now that its possible to download from the Recycle bin at higher rates than the regular files. Im glad we at least were able to figure out what happened.
