Program needed to download XSD. files

Hello, I am new to this site bought a Rio;is 1479 Rooster cross stitch and it is a xsd.file .  I can not  open it what program is being used to open these. Any advice would be helpful.

xsd files are opened by the Pattern Maker program from Hobbyware.
The full version is available on this site.
Or you can go to the Hobbyware site to download a viewer that will allow you to view and print out the pattern only. Just google Hobbyware.

I have Pattern Maker Viewer, I dont make xsd patterns, but you can do more with the viewer then only view and print.
You can choose if you want B&W, color or colored blocks, colored crosses or colored blocks & symbols.
You can change the symbols, change the background (the blocks) and foreground (the symbols) color.
A grid or no grid and a lot of more things.

I think, the only thing you cant do is make a pattern yourself.
But the Pattern Maker Viewer is for free and I am very happy with it.
For Pat. files I use PCStitch viewer, also for free.
