can you add friends

Do  I need to be at a higher level to add friends does any one know please help !!

Welcome.  Te answer to your question is no, you do not need to be a certain level.  You cannot save fiends on this site.   They use to be able to do it but discontinued it, I have no clue as to why.  We do keep in touch in the US column when you make friends. Ive made a few friends here and this is where we meet.
