Patterns are not downloading... help please

I am having trouble downloading cross stitch patterns. I choose a pattern I want to buy, a pop up box opens that shows the paid attachments, which i select, then a pop up flashes the 50 coins or however many that have been deducted, and then the box (that showed the attachments) immediately disappears with nothing to download.  I have tried five different patterns, all with the same result.
This does not happen with free patterns.  They download with no problem and the 30 coins are deducted.  Only the patterns that require that box to pop up for paid attatchments are a problem.
I am spending lots of coins and not receiving anything fun to stitch... lol  
Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Once the 50 coins or attachment fee is gone you have to click the link again for it to deduct the 30 coins download fee.  then the pattern will download.

I did try that, but I get a pop up that has a "notice" banner but still wont download.

Problem solved!  It was my antivirus, someone suggested turning it off, and sure enough it worked!  I guess I will have to disable it every time I want to purchase a pattern.  Thank you so much for your help JoyfulJT!

That happens to me too. I reclick the pattern name in the address to refresh it and the link appears. You wont have to pay again (apart from the 30c download fee) for the ones you already bought.
